I'm working on your request to amend the registration certificate no. NR-1145-D-101-E to include new manufacturing facility address in China.
In order to complete our review, we need the updated Quality Control Program for Litepro, LLC Model Teknolite Torch Sealed Source Device, Rev. 2 to reflect the new manufacturing facility address in China.
