Committed to Nuclear Excellence Palisades Nuclear Plant Operated by Nuclear Management Company, LLC March 12, 2002 10 CFR 50.75 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT CERTIFICATION OF FINANCIAL ASSURANCE FOR DECOMMISSIONING SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Consumers Energy Company provided the subject certified report for the Palisades Plant, by letter dated March 30, 2001. The report was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.75(f)(1). The regulation requires that the report address several areas of financial assurance since the previous report. One area that was addressed but not explicitly stated in this most recent report was, "...any material changes to trust agreements." There were no material changes to trust agreements during the period since the previous report. This letter serves to supplement the March 30, 2001, submittal with this information.
