Your request for additional information regarding our application for renewal of the Facility Operating License R-75 for the Ohio State University Research Reactor (OSURR) requires a schedule for the completed response to thirty-nine questions. We expect to have all responses to you within 180 days of the date of this letter. Our original renewal application was submitted December 15, 1999. Your letter asking for additional information was dated February 5, 2002 and was received in our office February 11, 2002. We believe 180 days is adequate for the staff of the OSURR to thoroughly address the questions raised in your review. We will contact you if we think additional time is needed. Questions regarding this schedule should be addressed to Mr. Richard Myser, Associate Director of the OSURR at 614/ 688-8220.
