DOMINION NUCLEAR CONNECTICUT, INC.

MILLSTONE NUCLEAR POWER STATION UNITS 2 AND 3 ANSWER TO ORDER FOR INTERIM SAFEGUARDS AND SECURITY COMPENSATORY MEASURES DATED FEBRUARY 25, 2002 In a letter dated March 15, 2002 (Serial No. B 17605), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut (DNC) provided its answer to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures. Attachments 1 and 2 to that letter were intended to summarize the subsequent actions and provide a response to each of the items in Attachment 2 to the Order for the Millstone Power Station. It has come to our attention that Surry Power Station Attachments 1 and 2 were inadvertently included with the Millstone Power Station letter rather than the intended Millstone attachments during administrative processing for transmittal.

Please replace the inappropriate attachments with Millstone Power Station Attachments 1 and 2.

For completeness, we have also included a copy of the original letter as Attachment 3.

Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter contain Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Very truly yours, Step-hen S. Sarver - Director Nuclear Licensing and Operations Support ATTACHMENTS 1 AND 2 CONTAIN SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION.

UPON SEPARATION THIS PAGE IS DECONTROLLED.
