ADDITION OF FOOTNOTE TO PROPOSED FORT CALHOUN STATION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 2.8.2(1)
By the letter dated December 14, 2001, the licensee proposed to change technical specification (TS) 2.8.2(1). The staff informed the licensee that a footnote to proposed TS 2.8.2(1) was needed to clarify the applicability of the proposed TS. By the e-mail dated March 5, 2002, the licensee found the proposed footnote to be acceptable. Attached is the e-mail from the licensee agreeing to the addition of this footnote.
