1 On 02/15/02 at 2005 a reduction in power was commenced in preparation for the scheduled refueling outage. The refueling outage commenced at 2243 when the unit was removed from the grid.

SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE February 2002 The unit began the month at 97% reactor power while performing PSTP-10, end of fuel cycle coastdown.
On 02/15/02 at 2005 a reduction in power was commenced in preparation for the scheduled refueling outage. The unit was removed from the grid at 2243 and the reactor was shutdown at 2357.
The following significant work was completed or in progress during the month:
Reactor vessel head was removed.
CEA uncoupling was completed.
Main Transformers are ready for removal.
The reactor entered mode 6 on 02/24/02 at 0600. The unit remained in mode 6 for the remainder of the month.

SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE February 2002 The unit began the month at 100% reactor power.
On 02/01/02 at 2210 power was reduced to approximately 85% for Main Turbine Valve Testing. Testing was completed on 02/02/02 and power was returned to 100% at 0350.
The unit operated at 100% power for the remainder of the month.
