PUBLIC MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
- ANNUAL ASSESSMENT - FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT, DOCKET NOS. 50-348 AND 50-364
Dear Mr. Morey:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. Brenda Singleton of your staff and Mr. Thomas Johnson, Farley Senior Resident Inspector, on or about February 12, 2002, concerning an Annual Assessment Meeting requested by us which is scheduled for March 27, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. (CST). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Farley facility. During the meeting, we recognize that you may have information which you want to present to us or any members of the public in attendance. Accordingly, if you so desire, after our presentation you will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any information contained in the Annual Assessment Letter and to discuss any new or existing programs that are designed to maintain or improve your current performance. The meeting will be held at the Houston County Administration Building, 3rd floor Commission Chamber, 462 North Oats Street, Dothan AL.
This meeting is open per Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement (59 FR 48340, September 20, 1994, as amended at 65 FR 56964, September 20, 2000).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
