This letter confirms our plans, as discussed between Michael Kurth, of my staff, and John Karrick of your staff, to meet with you and members of your staff to discuss our End-of-Cycle assessment of the Duane Arnold Energy Center. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 18, 2002, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Palo Community Center located at 1006 1st Street Palo, IA 52324.
