Fitness for Duty Program for the Period 7/1/01 - 12/31/01 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 26.71, enclosed is the testing data and associated results for the Fitness for Duty Program at Vermont Yankee. The attached information includes both our corporate and plant locations as our program does not distinguish between the two sites but treats them as a single entity.
Also attached is the evaluation of the data for the period.

Attachment A Evaluation of FFD Data 7/01/01 - 12/31/01 For-Cause Test Results No for-cause tests were required to be administered during this evaluation period.
Positive Test Results There were two (2) positive test results during this period. These positives were in our pre-access screening program and these individuals were denied unescorted access authorization.
Follow-up Testing Program No additional personnel were placed into the Vermont Yankee Follow-up testing program during the six-month period. The three (3) personnel accounted for in the previous six month evalutation have satisfactorily completed the program.
Test Results Assessment The test results for this period indicate that Vermont Yankee continues to maintain an effective FFD program which ensures that the plant site remains a work environment free from the effects of drugs and alcohol.
