- ANNUAL ASSESSMENT - ST. LUCIE NUCLEAR PLANT, DOCKET NOS. 50-335 AND 50-389
Dear Mr. Stall:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Ken Frehafer of your staff and Mr. Steven Rudisail, Project Engineer on March 4, 2002, concerning an Annual Assessment Meeting requested by us which is scheduled for March 18, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your St. Lucie facility. During the meeting, we recognize that you may have information which you want to present to us or any members of the public in attendance. Accordingly, if you so desire, after our presentation you will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any information contained in the Annual Assessment Letter and to discuss any new or existing programs that are designed to maintain or improve your current performance. The meeting will be held in Room 123 of the Nuclear Training Center at the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant on Hutchinson Island in Florida.
This meeting is open per Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement (59 FR 48340, September 20, 1994, as amended at 65 FR 56964, September 20, 2000).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
