REVISION 10 This revision to the Sequoyah PSP/CP is being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
This revision incorporates alternate methods for verifying military service.
The material enclosed contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
The material enclosed also contains safeguards material.
Therefore, the material should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) (1).
This letter is being sent in accordance with NRC RIS 2001-05.
