Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan Revision 33 This letter transmits Revision No. 33 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan.
We have reviewed this revision and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
The revised Physical Security Plan and a detailed description of the changes made are attached to this letter. The changes made reflect increased response force commitments for Vermont Yankee. Both attachments are considered "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" and are to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard "Controlled Document Transmittal Form" for each controlled copy of the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan required by the NRC. Please sign and return these forms.
