North Atlantic has determined that the revisions do not decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan or the Training and Qualification Plan. Enclosure 1 contains the revisions to the above plans.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosure.
