3 The plant incurred an unplanned automatic scram due to a feedwater control card problem

SUMMARY

The Perry plant began the month on line. There was an unplanned automatic scram on 12/15/01. The plant was back on-line on 12/20/01 at 1116. On 12/26 the turbine was manually taken off-line to seat the telescopic generator disconnect switch. The turbine was back on-line the same day and remained on-line through the month.
