Dear Administrative Judges:

By this letter, the NRC Staff is forwarding to the Licensing Board and parties copies of the exhibits to OI Report, Case 1-2001-007. This report was provided to the service list on October 31, 2001. The Board, in an order of November 15, 2001, reconsideration denied November 29, 2001, required the Staff to provide the exhibits to the report to the Board and parties at the Staffs earliest convenience. Because the exhibits constitute some 1,500 pages, the Staff is providing, with the Boards permission conveyed in a telephone call of February 7, 2002, only one copy to the Board members. Also, Exhibit 33 is not included. That exhibit will be provided as soon as it is ready for release.
