DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL VIEW In accordance with Management Directive 10.159, "Differing Professional Views of Opinions," I am forwarding the attached Differing Professional View (DPV), which was submitted to me by Troy Pruett, Senior Reactor Analyst, on November 8, 2001. This DPV pertains to the efficacy of the NRC Inspection Manual Chapter 0609, "Significance Determination Process," Phase 2 analysis process.
