NO. 50-193/2001-202)

Dear Dr. Tehan:

Thank you for your response of December 10, 2001, to our Notice of Violation issued on

November 28, 2001, concerning activities conducted at your Rhode Island Nuclear Science

Center facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of

10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during a future

inspection.
