SUMMARY

The plant entered December in the final stage of a refueling shutdown mode and achieved criticality at 13:45 on December 4, 2001. The Generator was placed on-line at 1825 on December 6, 2001. The plant achieved 100 % power on December 9, 2001 and remained at 100% power for the remainder of the month.
