Enclosed for your information is the synopsis of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Office of Investigations (OI) completed report, initiated to determine if a Burns International Security Service officer assigned to the Tennessee Valley Authoritys Sequoyah Nuclear Plant was discriminated against for engaging in protected activity. OI did not substantiate that the security officer was passed over for engaging in protected activity.
Based on the OI activity described in the synopsis, we plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
