The Southcentral Regional Office, Pa. Department of Environmental Protection, is responsible for the issuance of NPDES Permit No. PA 0009733 for the Peach Bottom facility, Peach Bottom Township, York County. The NPDES permit was issued on November 5, 2000 and expires on December 1, 2005.
At this time, the facility is in compliance with its NPDES permit.
