Seabrook Station Response to Request for Comments on Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the NRC's Enforcement Program 66 Fed. Reg. 64890, December 14, 2001 This letter provides the North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) comments in response to the request for comments on the Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the NRC's Enforcement Program published in the Federal Register December 14, 2001 (66 Fed.
Reg. 64890).
North Atlantic supports and endorses the comments submitted by the Nuclear Energy Institute on behalf of the commercial nuclear industry. We believe that the use of ADR techniques can result in more efficient resolution of issues and more effective outcomes. The agency should consider all practical steps to incorporate an effective ADR process.
