Dear Mr. Kobetz:
Enclosed herewith are two hard copies and three CD-ROM versions of the proposed amendment to the HI-STORM 100 System 10 CFR 72 Certificate of Compliance (CoC). This information is being provided in support of the upcoming review of the Diablo Canyon ISFSI license application by the Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analysis. The contents of these enclosures are as follows:
- 1.
Preliminary amended CoC Appendix A, containing the Technical Specifications and Administrative Controls.
- 2.
Preliminary amended CoC Appendix B, containing the Approved Contents and Design Features.
- 3.
Proposed changes to the HI-STORM 100 FSAR in support of the changes to the CoC.
Note that only those new and revised sections and figures in the FSAR that were affected by the CoC changes are included.
Unaffected FSAR sections may be found in HI STORM FSAR Revision 0, submitted in July, 2000.
- 4.
New or revised drawings supporting the changes to the CoC. Drawings not affected by the CoC changes may be found in HI-STORM FSAR Revision 0.
