Response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2001-21 "Operatine Reactor Licensing Action Estimates" NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2001-21 requested a numerical estimate of the licensing actions expected to be submitted in NRC fiscal years 2002 and 2003.
Vermont Yankee (VY) estimates the submittal of approximately ten (10) licensing actions for the remainder of fiscal year 2002 and twenty (20) licensing actions in fiscal year 2003.
In addition, licensing actions associated with Operating License transfer activities are expected to continue during this time frame.
