MILLSTONE NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 3 - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 198 (TAC NO. MB1389)
Dear Mr. Price:
On November 5, 2001, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 198 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-49. Amendment No. 198 revised the Technical Specifications to extend the surveillance interval for certain engineered safety features actuation system slave relays from 90 days to 18 months.
Inadvertently, page 3/4 3-40 was included on the errata page as an updated page, but was not included with the updated pages. No changes were made to this page and it should not have been included on the errata page for the amendment. Please update your copy of Amendment No. 198 with the enclosed corrected errata page.
The NRC regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
