STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-01-0223 - EDWIN I. HATCH NUCLEAR POWER PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2, RENEWAL OF FULL-POWER OPERATING LICENSES The Commission has approved the staffs recommendation and authorizes the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to renew the operating licenses for Plant Hatch upon making the appropriate findings on safety and environmental matters. The staff should consider the ACRSs recommendations and incorporate relevant information in the license renewal guidance documents, as appropriate, when those documents are updated.
