Dear Dr. Binney:
Thank you for your response of November 20, 2001, to our Notice of Violation issued on
October 26, 2001, concerning activities conducted at your Radiation Center TRIGA Mark-II
Reactor Facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective action during future
inspections.
