It has been greater than 15 minutes since a manual reactor trip from 100% power. The RCP's have been secured due to a leak in the CCR system. Temperature recorders [TR-1RC-413] (T Hot) and [TR-RC 410] (T Cold) are OOS. No adverse containment conditions exist.

Your Supervisor directs you to verify the indications of natural circulation flow in accordance with EOP Attachment 2-G and report the results.
