Clarify the May and August 2001 submittals. They should be the same because the August 2001 submittal is just strike-out version between 1995 and May 2001 submittals. However, there are some discrepancies.
SUMMARY
- RSSI and SAI will provide the correct version by 09/05/01 by e-mail and hard copy later.
ACTION REQUIRED: Need to request SAI send the cover letter confirming our 9/4 call and submit a new application package including the correct application, a new redline/strikeout comparing that version with the old license application, and whatever of the information that is still true from the letters previously submitted (5/11/01, 7/23/01, 8/15/01, 8/20/01).
