Please be advised that the State of Utah has not been served with a hard copy of the Nuclear Energy Institute's Amicus Brief and Motion for Leave to File same in the Private Fuel Storage proceeding before the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The State received an electronic copy of the Amicus Brief and Motion on July 13, 2001 and an electronic copy of a revised submittal of the Arnicus Brief on July 16,2001.
