TELEPHONE CONVERSATION Amendment to This concerns an amendment to the license to add bow sights. I called the licensee on April 25, 2001, to determine the status of its response to our letter dated March 28, 2001, requesting additional information. I spoke with Mr. Wilson who indicated that because of other priorities they would probably be unable to respond to the letter for at least one month, perhaps longer. I explained to Mr. Wilson that, in view of their situation, I planned to void the active control for the amendment in accordance with our procedures and that we would create a new control at such time as we received their response. Mr. Wilson agreed to this approach.
After discussing the situation and my approach with Fritz, to which he agreed, I voided the control.
