Clarification Good morning, John!
I have your letter to Bud Smith of Apgee Corp. dated 6/5/2000, and am a little bit confused. Would you please explain the difference between CAL 1-97-023 and Order Modifying License dated 4/9/99? Are the responses to CAL 1-97-023 satisfied so the CAL 1-97-023 is resolved?
Based on your letter, modifications were made to all Model LB 300 ML/MLT. When Apgee requested these Models be inactive on 3128/2000, I asked whether there were any changes since its initial registration or last amendment. Apgee responded to me that there were no changes.
Is there any discrepancy between responses to Order Modifying License and to me?
