With the finalization of STS, R.2, the staff and the TSTF OG agreed that subsequent approved revisions to sections will be noted in the table of contents, as well as on each affected page, using a decimal number to indicate the number of revisions to that section, along with the date, e.g., (Rev 2.3, 04/01/01) indicates the third approved change and date since Revision 2.0 was published. Additionally, the final page of each LCO section will be a historical listing of the changes affecting that section. Enclosed are examples of that style as they will be depicted in each section. Further, we intend to use the TSTF number indicated within the History section as a hyperlink to the scanned TSTF itself. Any comments that the TSTF may have regarding this new style would be appreciated. Please keep in mind that we are near the final publication of STS, R.2, and have several TSTFs that will be processed shortly thereafter; therefore, we feel it is important to finalize this new style format as soon as possible.
