WEEKLY REPORT TO THE COMMISSION OFFICE OF NUCLEAR MATERIALS SAFETY AND SAFEGUARDS Proposed Rule Signed by EDO On __________, 2000, the Executive Director for Operations approved a proposed rule which revises 10 CFR Parts 34, Licenses for Industrial Radiography and Radiation Safety Requirements for Industrial Radiographic Operation; Part 36, Licenses and Radiation Safety Requirements for Irradiators; and Part 39, Licenses and Radiation Safety Requirements for Well Logging to allow licensees to use any type of dosimeter that is processed under the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP).
This constitutes notice to the Commission that, in accordance with the rulemaking authority delegated to EDO, the EDO has signed this proposed rule for publication in the FR.
