Dear Mr. Powell,
I hereby request under the Freedom of Information Act any information regarding the NRC Office of Investigations inquiry into the actions of Eric DeBarba with regard to his actions toward employees who worked under him at the Millstone Nuclear Power Plant in Waterford, Conn. Also I would like any information regarding the OI investigation into the actions of Raymond Necci, also concerning the Millstone Nuclear Power Plant.
Please include any interview transcripts, tapes, notes, comments or written discussions that exist regarding those investigations.
Should you deny this request, I request the reasons for the denial and the immediate steps I can take to appeal.
