To assist you in preparation for the Commission meeting on Improvements to the 10 CFR 2.206 Petition Process, scheduled for Thursday, May 25, 2000, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., I am enclosing the following staff memorandum as indicated in my letter to you on April 11:
