Specifically, License R-33 Docket 50-73 Technical Specification (6.6.2.b) requires a written report to the NRC within 30 days following permanent changes in the facility organization involving Level 2 or Level 3 management.
Effective December 27, 2017 Mr. Juan Ayala was appointed as the acting VNC Manager Regulatory Compliance forGE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC replacing Mr. Mark Leik.
