NRC letter to PSEG, Hope Creek Generating Station - Issuance of Amendment No. 238 Re: Technical Specification Conversion to NUREG-1433, Revision 5, (EPID L-2024-LLI-0000) dated July 23, 2025 (ADAMS Accession No. ML25169A300)
In Reference 1, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) received Amendment No. 238 to Renewed Facility Operating License NPF-57 for Hope Creek Generating Station. The amendment authorized the conversion of the Hope Creek Current Technical Specifications (CTS) to the Improved Technical Specifications (ITS) and authorized the relocation of certain requirements to licensee-controlled documents. In Reference 1, the NRC requested notification of ITS implementation within 14 days. This letter serves as notification that Hope Creek implemented ITS on September 5, 2025.
