U.S. Additional Protocol for Salem Unit 1 2015 Report 10 CFR 75.11 Salem Unit 1 Facility Operating License (DPR-70) Section 2.1.1 incorporates by reference Codes 1. through 7. of Facility Attachment No. 13 dated October 1, 1986, to the US/IAEA Safeguards Agreement. In December 2008, the NRC implemented the Additional Protocol to the US/IAEA Safeguards Agreement (
Reference:
Federal Register Vol. 73, No. 247 dated December 23, 2008). As part of implementing the additional protocol, NRC issued 10 CFR 75.11, "Location Information." Per 10 CFR 75.11 (c), an initial report providing specific location information was required to be submitted "no later than 30 calendar days following the date of publication of this rule." The initial report for Salem Unit 1 was submitted on January 22, 2009, via PSEG Letter LR-N09-0012. Per 10 CFR 75.11 (c), an "annual report must be submitted by January 31 of each succeeding year after the initial report." This letter transmits the annual report for 2016 as documented in the Enclosure (Form AP-Q, No Changes Report).
