(856) 339-1445 Summary Of Monthly Operating Experience
- Hope Creek entered the month in a scheduled refueling outage.
- On January 18, the reactor was taken oritical, and the unit was placed online on January 26. Later that day, the unit was taken offline for turbine overspeed testing and returned back to service.
- On January 29, power was reduced frorm 44% to approximately 16%
power and the unit was taken offline to repair a steam leak on the Main Steam Drain Line. The unit was returned to service on January 30.
Power ascension was in progress at th3 end of the month.
- At the end of the month, Hope Creek completed 1 day of continuous on-line operation.
