  • Hope Creek entered the month at approximately 100% reactor power.
  • On August 2, power was reduced to approximately 79% due to a Feedwater heater trip. Power was restored to approximately 98.6% on August 3.
  • On August 7, power was reduced to approximately 79% power to perform planned scram time testing and a deep shallow rod swap. Power was returned to approximately 98.6% on August 8.
  • On August 21, power was reduced to approximately 59% power for planned repairs on the feedwater heater steam supply valve. Power was returned to approximately 98.6% on August 22.
  • At the end of the month, Hope Creek completed 140 days of continuous on-line operation.
