Letter LRN-03-0172, Inservice Inspection Program Relief Request HC-RR-A1O, dated June 5, 2003 On June 5, 2003, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted relief request HC-RR-Al 0 for NRC approval of a proposed alternative concerning implementation of the performance demonstration methods Supplement 10, Qualification Requirements for Dissimilar Metal Piping Welds for Hope Creek Generating Station. Specifically this proposed alternative concerns depth-sizing capability of dissimilar metal piping welds. Subsequent to June 5, 2003, qualification to an overall error of less than 0.125" RMS while performing depth sizing in accordance with Supplement 10 has been achieved. Therefore, Relief Request HC-RR-Al 0 is no longer required and is withdrawn.
