Box 236, Hancocks Bridge, New Jersey 08038-0236 NOV 1 7 2003 LR-N3-0466 PSEG Nuclear LLC United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING REPORT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 4.4.6.5.A SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NO. 2 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR-75 DOCKET NO. 50-311 Public Service Electric Gas Nuclear, LLC hereby submits the steam generator tube plugging report for Salem Unit No. 2 as required by Technical Specification 4.4.6.5.a for Facility Operating License DPR-75. The Steam Generator Tube in-service inspections were completed on 11/03/03 during the Unit 2, 13th refueling outage.
The following is a summary of the tubes plugged during 2R1 3 as a result of eddy current inspections:
Steam Generator #21 -
13 tubes Steam Generator #22 -
11 tubes Steam Generator #23 -
62 tubes Steam Generator #24 -
24 tubes Total Salem Unit No. 2 steam generator tube plugging is 7.54%
