"* Salem 1 entered the month in a refueling outage, which was completed on November 6.
" On November 12, Salem 1 entered a forced outage due to a plant trip caused by the loss of a feed pump. The unit was placed back on line on November 13, returning to 100% power on the November 14.
"* At the end of the month, Salem 1 completed 17 days of continuous on-line operation.
