Response to Hotice of Violation - Inspection Report 50-285/90-25 (Violation C)
Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) received the subject inspection report which identified four violations (Reference 2). OPPD responded to the Notice of Violation in Reference 3, acknowledging Violations A, B and D, but denying Violation C concerning protected area detection aids.
Reference 4 transmitted the NRC's reaffirmation of Violation C.
Please find attached OPPD's revised reply to Violation C in accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.201.
