Summary of analysis:
The following is a list of Forms/Procedures/Manuals deleted; a description of how this change still complies with the regulation and has been determined not to be a reduction in effectiveness:
FC-EPF-14, Emergency Response Organization Assignment Form, Revision 1%4, FC-EFP-14, was used to assign individuals to the ERO, and show their qualifications have been completed. This has been replaced with the ERO Roster program software, TQ-FC-113, PQD, and form TQ-FC-113-F001. This is related to EC67058. Since there is a process in place to track ERO assignees to replace this form, there is no reduction in effectiveness. Planning Standard

Appendix E Section _ IV.A.2,3,4, IV.F-I _RERP Section A, 2.2, RERP Section B, RERP Section 0 FC-EPF-17, Pager Response Follow-up Questionnaire, Revision 4, FC-EPF-1 7 was used to follow up on why ERO Members did not call-in when paged. The reasoning behind this was to check if pagers were working, and ensure the ERO could have been properly staffed, also may have been used for accountability. Now, Everbridge gives the information needed for staffing, and FCS is using Duty Teams to ensure minimum staffing positions. Since the pager system is no longer used and was taken out of the plan, this form is not needed. The staffing, is still being tracked for both minimum and non-minimum staffing and individuals maintain their own telephone for Corporate. The numbers of responders has significantly increased with Everbridge and since it is a two-way system, the form does not help in this.
See EC63331. Because the deletion of this form will not affect staffing, or ensuring of staffing, this is not a reduction of effectiveness. Planning Standard 10CFR50.47(b)2_and 10CFR50.47(b)1 Program Element _NUREG 0654 IIB.5_
