Pursuant to 10 CFR 20.2206, "Reports of individual monitoring," paragraph (c), the Annual Dose Report covering the previous year shall be submitted on or before April 30 of each year. The Annual Dose Report for 2014 provides the results of individual radiation monitoring carried out by Fort Calhoun Station for each individual for whom radiation monitoring was provided during 2014.

The data file containing this report was submitted electronically via the Radiation Exposure and Information Reporting System (REIRS) internet web page on March 13, 2015.

The data file entitled "2014 NRC5.DAT" was generated on 09-Mar-2015 using a Windows XP computer running Canberra software HIS20 version 7.4. The creation and population of data in the data file is in accordance with the file structure listed in Appendix C of RG 8.7 via HIS20 standard report "Generate NRC Form 5 Transfer File."

No commitments to the NRC are contained in this letter.
