Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) License Amendment Commitment - Piping Code Discrepancies Fort Calhoun Station will submit a license amendment request (LAR) to resolve the piping code discrepancies currently prevalent in the design and licensing bases. This LAR will be submitted by May 16, 2014. Upon issuance of this license amendment, Fort Calhoun Station will have completed an extent of condition review to identify those calculations requiring reconstitution to the revised design and licensing bases. This commitment will be added as a key driver in PIIM 2013-0086.
No additional commitments to the NRC are contained in this letter.
