Dear Mr. Vissing:

Reference ( A) requested that Combustion Engineering provide additional information on our Topical Repor' CENPD-210-A, Revision 4, "Quality Assurance Program". Reference (B) provided our detailed responses to six (6) of the twenty-two (22) questions and stated that the remaining sixteen (16) questions would be addressed in Revision 05 of CENPD-210 which was being prepared. We recently have completed Revision 05 to CENPD-210 and transmitted it to NRC via Reference (C).

Enclosure (1) to this letter provides a tabla which identifies the specific location in CENPD-210, Revision 05 where each of the sixteen (16) remaining questions are addressed. Enclosure (2) provides a copy of CENPD-210, Revision 05 with the specific locations identified.
