Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM") submits this followup report to the interim report (Reference 1) submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 21.21 (a)(2).
NSPM has completed its evaluation of a high contact resistance discovered during bench testing of a new undervoltage relay manufactured by ABB (Part number 27N411T0375). The relays were returned to the supplier for testing, and all testing of the relay was satisfactory. No nonconformance was identified, and the relay was not modified, nor altered, nor repaired. The condition is not reportable under Part 21.
