DPR-42 and DPR-60 Submittal of Revised Archaeological Document The January 2010 revision of the report titled "Literature Search and Assessment of Historical and Archaeological Resources Impacted by Construction and Operations Activities at the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating,.Plant, Goodhue County, Minnesota" is submitted for the information of the NRC Staff.

The enclosed report is confidential because of the sensitive nature of the information contained in the report. Accordingly; Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation (NSPM), doing business as Xcel Energy, requests that the enclosed report be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. The identified documents were prepared or obtained in confidence, and are not to be publicly disclosed under Minnesota Statute 307.08 Sub. 11. Because the enclosed information is being submitted under penalty of perjury, NSPM also requests a waiver in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(ii) of the requirement for a separate affidavit to accompany the request for withholding.
